“If anyone needs a dog groomer contact Ashley Ross. I took my dog Mia for her first full groom experience. Mia is very skittish and does not do well with strangers. Unlike other groomers that usually call me right away to take Mia back with me because she won’t allow them to get close to her. Ashley called me but allowed me to be there with Mia as she attempted to cut her hair. Even with me holding Mia she wouldn’t let Ashley near her. Ashley didn’t give up on Mia and instead took the opportunity to teach me and talk me through the process of cutting Mia’s hair myself. This woman is amazing, patient and kind. I’m grateful that after a year and trying so many other grooming places that Ashley and me were able to have success with Mia. This is truly a person who cares about what she does”
